Great location, great staff, and a big room with a huge comfy bed. Good spot for travelers flying in or out of LAX if you want a relaxed journey. The complimentary airport shuttle is definitely a big bonus. Plus it's a 2-minute walk from the Marriott International hotel where you can pick up a rental car. It's easily as comfortable as the bigger luxury chain hotels, but at a more reasonable price. Check out time is midday too which is another great bonus to this hotel.

The Hotel was very easy and convenient to the airport to break up our long travel home to New Zealand from the East Coast USA. We really appreciated being able to pay a bit extra to have the room all the following day with a check out of 6pm. Also appreciated the effort and Hotel protocol to help prevent the spread of Covid. The complimentary business area with computers and a printer was very handy. Restaurant staff were lovely.

The Sonesta, while anonymous and unremarkable, is a perfectly adequate place to sleep if you simply need to stay overnight at LAX, and was the cheapest by quite some margin. The room was pleasant, the beds very comfortable and there was no noise. There is a complimentary shuttle to/from all terminals, but it's also possible to walk from the terminal to the hotel safely in 20-25 minutes.

The designated check in staff member who dealt with us was very pleasant and professional, speedy and thorough. We were impressed at the smooth, methodical, and efficient process we had all done with warmth and genuine sincerity.

The bed was comfortable There were 3 different restaurants/cafes to choose from on site that were reasonably priced This hotel is better than some of the more expensive hotels in the same vicinity.
